Lean Meat
Hey guys, do you have any controversial opinions about Objectified? Please tell me. (I have...mixed feelings about the comic, to say the least.)
(Obligatory picture cause I feel like people wouldn't notice this if I don't have any picture in it)
WARNING: LANGUAGE
I honestly want Dynamite to go bat sh*t insane and start killing people...like, I want them to tap back into his primal instincts, cause it's been like...EPISODE 27, since I think we last saw a storyline about his conflicts with his instincts, and I kind of rlly hate how they seem to have dumped it...it was rlly interesting but ever since Hide and Seek we barely see it ever more...Lean Meat didn't feel like a conclusion. I'm glad they're sort of bringing it back, but I just kind of want to see Dynamite snap and do something similar to Razor under the effects of Delirium.
[Corned beef and pastrami is tender, not overly spiced, but just a combination of different types of textures and really delicious. The fame of Ts'ui Pên as a calligrapher had been justly won. And it's lean meat, and it's just very, very tasty.]
Baked Teriyaki Chicken with Pineapple - 242kcal/24g protein
Servings: 6 - 242kcal/24g protein per 2/3 cup serving
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 cups pineapple, diced
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mist a large baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Place pineapples, onion and bell peppers in baking dish. Top with chicken thighs.
3. Whisk cornstarch and 1 tbsp warm water together in a small bowl. Combine the cornstarch mixture, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper together in a small saucepan over low heat. Allow to simmer while whisking occasionally. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and set aside for at least 10 minutes, allowing it to cool and thicken.
4. Pour sauce on top of the chicken, then turn the chicken over to make sure every inch is coated in the sauce. Bake, uncovered for about 30-35 minutes.
damn-cans
Prayer stink of diesel fumes, heavy with spew
and retch and thirty-three sailors sublime
depth charge billow; surging, rippling through
lean meat hull. Old-school counting time;
the way any cult embraces its fate ---
a hint of dark ecstasy. Coffin boats ---
how the drowned baptized them. Damn-cans with hate
of brine crushing through the screams in our throats
and the rivets and the hull. Lone language
of war sounds like submariners at prayer,
counting down seconds until the next blast.
Would you speak love to me in such carnage?
Would you kiss me? or let the sea's anger
hush me love while you stare numb and aghast?
It’s Friday!
I’m a person who’s in pretty good shape, but there’s another level to elevate to which requires sternness, discipline & a certain mental endurance.
Eating clean can for sure become boring but I do my best to make my meals kind of exciting.
What keeps me on the right path is having my end goal in mind.
