In December, I sat down to revise my resume. I was facing the loss of a major client and knew I needed to start prospecting for new work. As I began describing all the work I’d done in the last two years (during which that client had taken most of my time) I realized I’d done A LOT.
There’s a certain confidence in knowing you know what you’re doing. Or, at least, you know it better than anyone else in the room.
You don’t have to be an expert. You just have to be the best option for the person who hires you.
