Repost from @ranchocompasion • Congratulations to the 12 students who will be participating in our Spring Pilot Program! 🥳✨ Our “kickoff” meeting was held this past Sunday, and tonight we will hold our first virtual education session. The topic will be “Modern Animal Agriculture”: an overview of what modern animal ag is, how we got here, and what the issues are surrounding it. We will also be covering speciesism and the ethics of eating non-human animals. Over 15 high schoolers from 4 counties applied to join our program, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have such a wide reception!
