Fear, 2013
As I find myself, I learn that I have never established my own voice. It almost makes me laugh how sad that sounds. Even now as I “discover” me and what not, I notice that I have yet to write about my own opinions and views or even why I write. I have hidden behind so many things for so long that it has been difficult for me to step out and reclaim Diamond and what she thinks and feels. Well, I’m trying. I knew this year would be a lot of good unsettling and I very much have looked forward to it; however, I need to take bigger steps.
