I want to instate policy for everyone in the world. If you don't know shit about Africa then don't speak on Africa.

I was in my climate change class today and this white boy tried to say that the Ethiopian dam was an issue of Sudanese stability. Then he went on to say that Sudan was less stable than Egypt. He gave no evidence for why. 

It's really beside the point, but did you forget Egypt had people walking around with machetes in complete anarchy a few months back. 

I refrained from biting dudes head off. But I do know a lot about this and decided to give an informed response - that part of Egyptian policy on the Nile is based on its own ideology of  historical ownership of the river. Does that make it Egypt's river, no. Does that explain a part of the dispute, fuck yes.

The moral of the story is: if you don't know shit on shit then don't speak on it.
