Does anyone know a good way to learn Bulgarian?

I want to learn to be able to speak to my Step-Mother in her native language (my Father hasn’t learnt and she’s lived in England for over 13 years now)

But I can’t find anywhere good and free? Admittedly I’m not great at searching for things though. Hence asking tumblr lol

Hey, langblr! Tips for learning more than one language efficiently? I'm focused on German for now, but someday I want to get serious about at least two others I have in mind. Hopefully by the time I can get by speaking Deutsch I'll be able to take professional classes, but what else? Any thoughts or advice?
