getting to know my new kitchen. i guess i have to relearn cooking, again. from my old electrical stove, to the ooooold gas stove we bought with the house now on to the black beauty, that, from this day on will listen to the name sam. yes, he is definitely a he. he is big, he is black, he is sam and he is fast. tonight it’s pork roast with potatoes and carrots and some kind of 🥬, where i don’t know the right name in english. cavolo cappuccino, in italian. i might share the outcome of this cooking experience. posted on Instagram - https://ift.tt/37xoAAk

I TRIED SOMETHING NEW TODAY!!! I made the @nomnompaleo soufflé frittata off of @realplans and I was so proud of myself!!! Can’t thank @nomnompaleo and @realplans enough for helping me with ideas and recipes in this time of food limitations while I figure out what’s going on! I know it’s just...what they do? But. It makes my life a wee bit easier and I break down far less frequently knowing they’re on my side!
