I’m allowed to feel feelings. It’s okay to feel feelings. I’m allowed to feel things. It’s okay. I shouldn’t have to feel guilty or bad because this is my mental state, and I need to do what’s best for it. I need to stand up and I need to feel better again. Feelings shouldn’t ever be something you’re ashamed of. If you need to make a change to better your mental health, don’t hesitate. Please do it. You will drive yourself mad. I’m learning to relax. I’m learning more and more about self care and loving myself fully. I won’t ever apologize for how I feel ever again. I’m allowed to feel things. Feelings are important. It’s okay to have feelings.
