Let's take this hands-on breathing a step further by intentionally inhaling through a 3 step method. It might feel a little odd, but it certainly keeps the mind from wandering, & again turns us into what's going on with our bodies. If you ask me, it's a great way to start the morning! Let go of any thoughts that try pushing in, just breathe, & feel the relaxation sweep over you. ▪▪ Yeah, yeah, that's all easier said than done, but what isn't?! We've all gotta start somewhere. There's always a learning curve. I remember when I just didn't get how to tie my shoes & all my friends were like "you just make a loop, swirl it around & pull"... it just didn't make sense to me.
