i hate to bother you, but i was wondering if you could tell me what you use for black lipstick? i cosplay roxy but i've yet to find a good, reliable black lipstick.

My black lipstick is actually the worst don't take my advice.

I put down a black eyeliner base and then I have this really terrible costume store lipstick I use. It was really cheap, but the black eyeliner base ensures that it's opaque and doesn't rub off every four seconds.

I just recently bought this lipstick as well, which I really like for Rose's default outfit (it clashes with anything orange of hers though). Pink lipstick might also look really good with Roxy too!
