@leaveatip​ wanted some of that sweet Angel Angst 

   Moxxi wasn’t a stranger to Angel. For years, she’s been equipped with all the technology in the world that helped her father keep tabs on the people around him. She knows about their relationship -- or, well, past relationship -- and how rough it ended. Angel knew a lot of the woman. But when it came to the other way around? Moxxi wasn’t really aware of her presence and Jack made sure to keep it that way. Moxxi, though, was someone that Angel ... looked up to a lot. The woman seemed kind -- seemed sweet -- and she didn’t take shit from anyone. In a lot of ways, the woman reminded her of her mother. 

Maybe that’s why she longed so long to finally get to talk to her. Maybe that’s why she’s going against her father order’s and connecting to the woman’s Echo. It was foolish -- she was going to get scolded or punished for this -- but she needed to talk to the woman. 

She waited until the bar was mostly quiet and empty before connecting, allowing the AI version of her to show up in front of the woman.

“ -- you’re Moxxi, right? ”

It’s not a question she needs an answer to -- she already knows that this woman couldn’t be anyone other than Moxxi -- but it’s a way to break the silence. Moxxi is an intelligent woman, so of course she won’t trust her at first. Angel can’t blame her ... if someone just connected to her Echo like that she wouldn’t trust them.  But she needed to earn her trust, right? If she’s ever to truly reveal her identity, she needs to know that she isn’t some trick from Jack to get her back.

“ Please don’t panic.  I’m a friend. Well, an ally. You can trust me. ”
