@maureen_shea 💪🏽 • I get complimented on my discipline and work ethic quite a bit. ⠀ ⠀ I worked VERY hard to have it. It’s isn’t naturally in me or in anyone. ⠀ ⠀ I had to encounter and overcome lot of pain, challenges, disappointment, and struggle, alone, to get to where I am. I had decisions to make, either be consistent, set goals and walk your talk or don’t. It’s all up to me! ⠀ ⠀ I wake up and decide to use my day with purpose. I set small goals and do my best to focus on each task and challenge as it comes.⠀ ⠀ I have my moments but I practice gratitude, humility and remember to just breath. ⠀I keep my focus on me, A day at a time and sometimes a minute at a time. ⠀ Smash the day!!
