Changbin sat cross-legged on the floor, headphones on, completely absorbed in his latest track. The glow of the laptop reflected off his determined eyes, and the faint smell of coffee lingered around him. Empty snack wrappers littered the space
Lee Know leaned against the doorway, a small smile tugging at his lips as he watched Changbin furiously working. “Bunny… really? You’ve been at this for hours. Are you trying to break a world record or something? You need to take a break.”
Changbin didn’t even look up, his fingers still flying over the keyboard typing away. “Just… a few more adjustments, I can’t stop now… I’m almost there.”
Lee Know leaned closer, voice teasing. “You know, Bunny… I might have to tickle you if you don’t take a break. Just a warning.”
Changbin froze for a moment, a flicker of nervousness passing over his face. “W-What? Lee Know… don’t. I’m fine! I don’t need a break. I… I’m almost done!”
Lee Know’s grin widened. “Oh, I love a stubborn Bunny. But now… the countdown begins.”
Changbin’s eyes widened, heart racing. “Wait! No! Lee Know… you’re not serious!”
“Five… four… three… two… one…” Lee Know lunged forward, fingers wiggling mercilessly. “Tickle time, Bunny!” Changbin yelped, jerking back. “No! Hahaha! Stop! Hahaha! Lee Know! I—hah! I can’t!”
Lee Know’s grin widened. He tickled a little harder, tracing the curve of his ribs. “Bin! Don’t you think you’ve worked enough for today?” Changbin squirmed helplessly, laughter spilling out in uncontrollable bursts, ignoring his question. “L-Lee! Ahaha—s-stop, I can’t—! You’re so unfair!”
“That’s the point,” Lee Know teased, his fingers dancing with merciless precision. “You never take a break unless someone makes you. And I…” he wiggled his fingers dramatically before diving back in, “…am very persuasive.”
Changbin kicked his feet weakly, twisting side to side in a hopeless attempt to escape. “I’ll—hahaha—I’ll take a break, I promise!” he managed to say between gasps of laughter, tears prickling at the corners of his eyes.
Lee Know paused just long enough to lean in closer, a smirk tugging at his lips. “Hmm. I don’t know if I believe you. You’re always sneaking back to work when I’m not looking.”
Bin’s eyes widened. “No, I-I won’t this time!”
Changbin’s laughter tapered into breathless giggles as Lee Know finally let up, pulling his hands away. “Okay, okay,” Changbin panted, cheeks flushed and chest heaving. “I promise—I’ll stop. No more work today.”
Lee Know narrowed his eyes suspiciously, though a small smile tugged at his lips. “Good. Stay right there. I’ll get you some water.”
He ruffled Changbin's hair before slipping out of the room into the kitchen, humming casually. Changbin sat up slowly, still catching his breath. The second Lee Know’s footsteps faded down the hall, his gaze flicked back toward the scattered papers and half-finished project waiting on the desk.
“…Just a little more,” he whispered to himself, already reaching for his pen. “He won’t even notice.”
Of course, Lee Know did notice—because when he returned, glass of water in hand, there was Changbin, hunched back over his work like nothing had happened.
Lee Know stopped in the doorway, one eyebrow raised. “Unbelievable,” he muttered.
Changbin froze mid-scribble, sheepishly glancing up. “I—I was just finishing a thought!”
Lee Know crossed his arms, one eyebrow raised. “A thought, huh? Interesting… because I distinctly remember you promising me you’d stop.” He set the glass down with a slow, deliberate clink. “Guess someone lied.”
“W-Wait, no, I wasn’t—” Changbin stammered, already sliding the paper behind his back as if that would help.
Lee Know’s smirk widened. “Oh, you’re in so much trouble bunny.” He rolled up his sleeves, walking closer until Changbin had nowhere to run. “And you know what happens to liars…right?”
Before Changbin could respond, Lee Know’s fingers dove straight into his hips, kneading mercilessly at the spot he knew was Changbin’s downfall.
“WAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!! NOHOHOHOHOHO, NOT THE HIHIHIHIHIPS!!” Changbin screamed, instantly thrashing as laughter poured out of him in wild, uncontrollable bursts.
Lee Know’s grin was downright wicked as he dug in a little deeper, thumbs tracing sharp circles right at the curve of Bin’s waist. “Ohhh, don’t tell me this is your weak spot! The one that makes you laugh so loud it rattles the windows?”
“YEEEHEHEHEHEHEHESSSS!! AHAHAHAHAHA STOOOHOHOHOHOP!!” Changbin shrieked, kicking his feet as tears of laughter spilled down his face.
“You promised me, Bunny,” Lee Know taunted, his voice sing-song as his fingers danced mercilessly over the sensitive bones of his hips. “You looked me in THE eyes and swore you’d take a break. And then I come back, and what do I find? You scribbling away like nothing happened.”
Lee Know teased, giving a few sharp squeezes that made Changbin shriek and buck wildly. “You broke your promise. And this… is your punishment.”
“NOOOOOHOHOHOHOHO!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA I’M SOHOHOHOHORRY, I’LL STOHOHOHOP FOR REHEHEHEHEAL!!” Changbin howled, laughter shattering into helpless cackles
Lee Know only chuckled, leaning close so his breath brushed Changbin’s ear while his fingers kept tormenting his hips. “Hmm. I don’t know if I can trust you anymore. Maybe I should keep this up a little longer… just to make sure you learn your lesson.”
“PLEHEHEHEHEHEHEASE!! I’LL DOHOHOHO ANYTHIHIHING!!” Changbin shrieked, twisting and gasping for breath. At last, Lee Know stopped, though he kept his hands hovering threateningly over Changbin’s hips. “Anything?” he asked with a sly grin.
Changbin nodded frantically, hair sticking to his damp forehead, chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath. “Y-Yes—hahhh—ANYTHING. I swear I’ll stop. No more working. I-I promise this time, f-for real hyung!”
Lee Know tilted his head, studying him for a moment, then gave a satisfied hum. “Good. Because if I catch you sneaking back to your work again…” He wiggled his fingers just above Changbin’s hips, making him jolt. “…you know exactly what’ll happen.”
“NO, NO, I GET IT!” Changbin yelped, covering his hips protectively. “I’ll behave, I will stop working!”
Lee Know chuckled, finally pulling back and standing. “That’s what I like to hear.” He ruffled Changbin’s hair before heading toward the kitchen. “Now sit still, relax, drink your water and let me take care of you bunny.” Changbin blinked up at him, still flushed and giggly, but softened at the words. “You’re… making me food?”
“Of course.” Lee Know shot him a playful look over his shoulder. “What kind of hyung would I be if I let my hard-working idiot starve?”
Changbin groaned, burying his face in a pillow to hide his grin. “You’re impossible.”
“And you’re easy to tickle,” Lee Know smirked, already pulling out pans and pots. “Now stay put before I change my mind and go for round three.”
Changbin laughed softly to himself. His ribs still tingled, his hips ached from all the squirming, but his heart felt warm. For once, he was actually going to rest—especially if it meant eating Lee Knows cooking afterward.
