Barnaby the Owl Tickle Headcanons! (New)

Barnaby really gives off Switch Vibes

So he is just a straight up Switch

50/50 not leaning onto any side!

LEE:

Worst spot is his neck, belly and talons

He hoots while laughing, since he is an owl ofc-

Since he is probably affection starved, he probably wants Tickles often.

He is a very busy party host, so it's very easy to sneak up on him and wreck him

He was literally tickled to tears by Billie once

His melt spot are his wings, he ALWAYS melts when his fluffly wings are tickled, plus earning very happy "oho- hoohoohoohoohoo!!"

He cannot STAND raspberries! Like literally.

He loves compliments-

He cannot handle physical teases.

Sometimes his barnaboos poke his neck or tummy

He would mostly try to escape, but gives up in a few minutes, he just flaps his wings and wiggle around, but not really fighting.

If You ask if he is Ticklish, he Will change topic, or lie about it, or just run away-

HE IS SO PLAYFUL

He ADORES Tickle fights!

he probably gets Ler moods

He teases his Lee a Lot

His feathers are very fluffy and soft so ofc he uses THAT to his advantage!

He Will flutter his wings or use his talons to wreck the Lee

He Will also blow raspberries on the neck or on the tummy of that leaves You in hysterics

He often use tickly nuzzles if You are very close to him or he likes You a Lot

His Barnaboos are always happy to help! Sometimes by gently pinning the Lee down or targeting another ticklish spot

His aftercare is pretty great, offering a GREAT cuddle or hug by his fluffly wings, or simply getting You a (non-poisonous) drink.

Haven’t posted any tickle art in awhile so decided to make something cute of the big lovable chubby doggo! Also I’ve been seeing Welcome Home stuff on my feed again so why not! Hope you like it!

I REALLY love your headcanons, can I have some Lee and Ler Barnaby headcanons?

OKAY! I have actually been kinda maping up HCs for the characters in my spare time between fics (hoping to get some of those out this week, cross your fingers folks)

But, yesss, the good-boy himself. I have quite a few tickle head canons for this big, furry, goofball.

Barnaby B. Beagle

- Ler-Leaning Switch

- Tickle/Worst Spots: Tummy, Paw Pads

As a 'Lee

Has one of the BEST laughs

It's a deep, jolly cackling that is broken up with little yips and barks when you get him going

If you get him good he'll howl, full on 'awoo' howls

Is 100% the type to pound his fist on the ground because 'it tickles so bad'

Tail wags so dang hard

Hides his face in his ears if he's super flustered

Does not handle teasing well, especially compliments or coos about how darn precious he's acting or how much he enjoys it

Call him a ‘good boy’ or a ‘silly puppy’ and he blushes so hard

Tummy tickles will make him kick his leg, no he cannot control it

Especially sensitive on his polka dots, has been since he was a puppy

Very squishy feet pads that will make him loose it if attacked with claws or brushes

Gently tickling his ears or cheeks will turn him to mush, and also give you some good chuckles, gonna lean so hard into the loves that he’ll knock you over

Back tickles = waggy tail and puppy stomps, very melty doggy on your hands

You tickle the dog, you better be prepared for when he gets his strength back, you're done

Gets terrible ‘Lee moods

Seems a little bluer than usual, will roll over on his back and made the saddest noises (come on, you know you wanna tickle that belly)

As a 'Ler

This good boy is in-fact an actual tickle monster

Being one of the tallest of the town makes it quite easy to just scoop one of those tiny fellow up, get them comfy in one arm and just dig right in to their tummies and armpits with a free paw.

Tums beware, this boy will blow the biggest raspberries into exposed necks and tummies until the receiver is racked with tingles.

Nuzzles his fluffy face into your belly or neck “Gotta sniff out those giggles after all, can't leave 'em behind.”

HUGE tease, will not stop until his ‘lee is red faced

Uses the usual barrage of pet names ‘buddy, bud, pal, kiddo..ect’

His fur makes him so soft and cuddly, it leads to unintentional tickle hugs, that then turn into actual tickle hugs if he decides you need it

If he wrecks you, you’re getting destroyed, he’s gonna make darn sure you are at the absolute end of your wits.

He’s so happy when tickling his pals to pieces, his tail can get wagging so hard he wiggles

You're gonna be cuddled mercilessly after he's turned you into a giggly puddle, you’re his personal teddy bear until you get your strength back.

Big hugs and nuzzles, maybe even the lightest 'mlem' to your cheek or forehead

Gives amazing tummy rubs, he is an expert. It'll soothe all those after-tickles and soreness away

Is absolutely merciless, but it’s because he adores hearing his friends laugh. That flustered, happy expression on their faces absolutely melts his big, goofy heart.
