Authors note: My goodness I got really happy when @wigglie-wormie recommended me this idea…GGRGRGRHSHDHRBS I love them dearly..and I also changed up the format for my fics! I thought it looked pretty and it made me happy :>
Pairing: Feza x Izuku (yes this is an oc x canon and a tickle fic I am very very very silly, if you don’t like then don’t read!!

Winter was generally a time where birds wouldn’t enjoy the cold. Some of their feathers weren’t just thick enough to keep them warm and the cold hurt their little talons. Keeping themselves as warm as possible was something they preferred over being frozen solid. However migrating to a warmer place than where they originally lived was a much better option.
Feza didn’t happen to have that luxury.
Sure it was simply her quirk, but it affected her more than she would have liked. Most of the time her feathers were far more puffed up than normal. She wore way more clothes than the normal person would usually wear. Even wrapping a scarf around her tail.
And Izuku was currently seeing this first hand. Curled up against him on the side of his soft bed she was underneath one of him arms and hugging him around his torso. Chirping and shivering whilst her feathers on her wings puffed up that were wrapped around the both of them. Keeping Izuku quite warm but Feza left a bit cold rather.
“How did you manage to survive the past fifteen winters? You’re shivering, Feza.”
He seemed concerned by the tone in his voice. Softly holding her and rubbing her back.
“Ihi honestly don’t know either…im hoping to request some build in heating options to my hero costume from Hatsume…”
“She’d probably be able to add that for you, you could always wear more layers like how others do! Mina has a coat and I think Yoyurozu does as well…”
“They’ve suggested it to me a few times… and it’s not a bad idea. i just don’t wanna look like a bundle of blankets and seem stupid. Hawks will definetly poke at me about it…”
She chuckled and flapped her wings for a second to stretch them outright. Feeling pins and needles in her arms.
“I sometimes forget how much you really are like a bird, I mean I know you literally have the features but the behaviors as well! It’s quite fascinating!” The greenete beamed whist running a set of fingers along her feathered wings. Getting a few giggles out of the young hero and a small smile.
“Ihi suhuppose…I have mihixed feelings about it…”
Izuku cocked his head to the side at her remark. Gently rubbing his thumbs along her wings.
“You don’t like your quirk?”
She flicked her tail and folded up her wings behind her. Fiddling with the sleeves of her hoodie.
“Not that necessarily….It’s just not all that amazing I think…I mean I’m kinda just a bird. Nothing all that special, plus it’s hard to find clothes with these things. It’s more of a pain…”
“I guess…but you actually have WINGS!! You can fly where ever you want! And you make the sweetest little noises! You’re almost like uh…what’s the bird…songbird! They’re my favorite.”
He smiled warmly towards her. Wrapping her back into the hug they were in.
A small blush spreading across her cheeks whilst she smiled.
“Thank you, Izuku…”
“I only have good things to say about you.”
She curled up against him once more. Squeezing her eyes shut and clinging onto him similar to a clingy bird with their owner. His cheeks warming up slightly as he wrapped his arms around her.
“Jeheez you’re rather snuggly today.”
She chuckled and nuzzled her cheek up against his the side of his neck. Like a happy budgie as she made small chirping noises.
He enjoyed hearing her seem happy and relaxed, although it was hard for him to do the same as well considering how ticklish he was. He tried not to giggle as he hugged her. Gently gripping onto her hoodie and hiding his face against her shoulder.
Feza perked up and seemed to notice his sudden change in posture as well as his soft giggles. Chirping in curiosity for a moment before realizing what was the matter.
“Ahahawww…sorry am I tickling you sweetie?”
He took a good while to actually respond. Bashfully nodded whilst hiding his face to her shoulder.
“Mhmhmm! Youhu uhum…don’t have ta…well…”
Her heart practically melted from the implication. The smile on her face only growing, fondly tilting her head to the side.
Sneaking her hands towards his sides she gently squished up and down, rubbing her thumbs along the sides of his belly too.
“Youhure literally so cuuuuute.”
Izuku squeaked in surprise. Darting his hands down to gently grasp at her wrists.
“W-Whahait!! GYEEEEhyehehe!! Fehehezhaha!!”
She chirped with glee at his reaction. Wiggling her fingers up to his ribs and gently pinching up them. Only making him throw his head back against his pillows and kick his feet.
“NONOHOhohoho!! Ohoho jeEHEHE!! *squeak* Dohont youhu daAHARE!!”-
“AAAWW!! What are you tickly here?”
She playfully wondered and traced her fingers along his ribs.
“YOUHU KNOhohow Thihis!!” He squealed and reached his hands up to wiggle into the sides of her tummy. Receiving a bird like whistle and bubbly soft giggles afterwards. Making an attempt to still tickle him. However failing rather miserably.
“EEEEK!!- *chrip* NONOhahaHAAAH!!”-
She fell onto her side next to him. Reaching out to hold onto his wrists.
A grin grew onto the greenets freckled face. Wiggling his fingers against her tummy as she curled up onto the couch to try and hide her face in her wings.
“Your turn birdie!! Awww don’t try and hide that face! Come onnnn I wanna see that pretty face!”
She chirped out a no and shook her head.
“Hmmm…Do I have to find itttttt?”
He teased and curled his fingers along her tummy. Only making her squeal.
“IHEHE!- *chirp*! IhizukuHUHU!!”
Her soft tail had managed to sneak behind him and brushed along one of his ears. A high pitched squeak escaping him and turtling away.
“H-HeheEEEY!!?- Thahats cheheating! Alright now you’re asking for wing tickles!!”
Her blue eyes widened, turning around and making and attempt to run away. However being pulled back by him and hugging her from behind. Giggling together like a bunch of happy kids. Which they did happen to be.
It was good to see the other happy, especially around the other after everything they went through together. Simply being teenagers.
“Izuhuku!! Lehet me go youhu goof!!”
“Nohope! I still gotta get these wings!! And I think I’m getting hungry for some fruit right now…”
Feza froze as she realized what he ment. Her face grew warm as she made an effort to protest. Her tail however wagged and swished happily beside her.
“NONOHO WAIT!! Ihi don’t hahave any! DOHONT”-
He had lifted up the back of her hoodie and nuzzled his face along one of her wing pits. Blowing a big raspberry and still hugged her tight.
“AaaaAAAPRRFFFFBBBTTTTTT!!!”
She had practically bursted into chirpy cackles and squeals. Pressing her face into one of his blankets to muffle her laughter for a bit as he peppered a few kisses there.
“EEEEEHYAHAHAHA!- *hic* OKAHAY!- OKAHAY IHI GIHIVE!- *chirp* SQUEEEE!!”
Izuku took that as a sign to stop. Turning her around to lay on her back. Rewrapping his arms around her and hugging her close. Rubbing her back and holding her head.
“Ahalright alright…just breathe Feza…Jehez I forget how bahad you are there..”
With a hiccup she hugged him back, wrapping her legs around him and even her tail around his torso.
“Yeheah yeah…and your hips aren’t just as bad…wohorse actually.”
His ears heated up at the thought as nervous giggles spilled from his lips.
“Yeheah!- Soho what! Y-Youhu can’t prove anything!”
A smirk grew onto his girlfriend’s face.
“Or really?”
“Feza doHOHONT!?!? FEHEHEZA!!”-
Let’s just say they had forgotten about the cold snd instead continued their little tickle fight for quite some time. Hearing each others laughter and simply enjoying being together.
