Blu Gang - E vissero per sempre felici e ammazzati (internationally released as Brothers Blue and Blu Gang) is a 1973 Italian spaghetti western film directed by Luigi Bazzoni (credited as Marc Meyer), written by Augusto Caminito and Mario Fenelli, produced by Franco Rossellini. For this film Tony Renis won the Nastro d'Argento for Best Score.

Plot (it may contain spoilers)

A group of young desperados is hunted for several years by a determined bank guard (Jack Palance). Both the gang’s actions, and their demise in a climactic finale (à la “Bonnie and Clyde”) are very graphic and violent.

Man, Pride and Vengeance (Italian: L'uomo, l'orgoglio, la vendetta, German: Mit Django kam der Tod), also known as With Django Comes Death, is a 1967 Italian Spaghetti Western film directed by Luigi Bazzoni and starring Franco Nero as Don José, Tina Aumont as Carmen and also starred Klaus Kinski as Lt. Miguel Garcia, Carmen’s Husband. The film is a spaghetti western version of the novella Carmen by Prosper Mérimée. It was filmed in  Tabernas, Almeria, Andalucia, Spain.

Plot

When stalwart Spanish soldier Don José meets the stunningly beautiful Carmen, he becomes instantly obsessed with the mysterious gypsy woman. After discovering she has cheated on him with his Lieutenant, Jose kills the officer during a brawl and flees the city. Forced to become a bandit, Jose partners with Carmen’s villainous husband Garcia to rob a stagecoach and prove his love for the seductive femme fatale.

How much should you be exercising each day to be “healthy”? Is exercising an hour a day plenty? And how do we define this exercise? Does walking 10 minutes to your favorite lunch spot count towards the final tally?

It seems like every month there is a new article that comes out proclaiming a new ideal amount of exercise that we should all be getting. If there is a standard, then I suppose…
