This is the documentary, not the Larry Clarke film of the same name. This film was not ground-breaking. It was the kind of thing they might play on a 15 minute segment of "60 Minutes" or "Today Tonight". Pretty much a bunch of people who have been victimized by bullying. The kids, the families, and just about everybody else. We know that the schools can't really do much, and we know that the problem exists. They kind of just pointed the finger without offering much of a solution. They ended up having a bit of a message about how "the other kids should stick up for the kid getting bullied" but that shit is not really easy at the time. Most people are afraid, so they are more glad it isn't happening to them. "Better it happens to them and not me" sort of attitude. Anyway, the film was nice and it was filmed quite "artsy" but it is just sort of depressing and not really unique. 7.7/10
