Early draft script for the 1972 film, based on the 1969 novel by Philip Roth, written for the screen and directed by Ernest Lehman, and starring Richard Benjamin, Karen Black, and Lee Grant. Cinematographer Philip Lathrop's working copy, with his holograph name at the top of the title page. A planning script likely used well prior to shooting, with very neat holograph annotations by Lanthrop on virtually every page regarding sets, locations, day/night shoots, etc., and with three tabs manually appended at the page fore-edge to indicate the three principle shooting locations: Vermont, Italy, and Athens. Damien: Omen II

No suelo publicar mucho por aquí pero hoy me ha dado la venada y me apetece mostraros una gran secuela y para mi gusto una de las más infravaloradas del cine del mundillo de terror, ella es Damien: Omen II (o como en españa la conocemos la maldicion de Damien). Tiene unos grandes actores como por ejemplo mi amado William holden (que este curiosamente rechazo el primer papel en la profecia, pero al ver que tuvo exito la primera peli acepto la secuela) Lee Grant y un jovencisimo Jonathan scott-taylor (Brillante como damien) y secundarios estupendos como Larence Henriksen o  Robert Foxworth. En la trama es muy buena te entriene desde el principio hasta el final y como una buena secuela de terror en el tema de las muertes no decepciona (Y eso que no es un slasher). 

Todos los personajes estan super bien desarrollados, hasta los secundarios poco normal en una secuela que muchas veces se dejan eso en el tintero. Sobre todo me encanta lo bien que desarrollan a Damien a lo largo de la pelicula. 

Desde mi punto de vista, la maldición de damien es una secuela estupenda y que recomiendo mucho si te gustó la profecia y quieres saber más sobre el joven Damien thorn. Es una de mis secuelas favoritas y una de mis peliculas de confort. 

AH Y QUE POCO SE ME OLVIDA MENCIONAR LA GRAN BANDA SONORA QUE SUENA EN LA PELICULA QUE ES DEL MAESTRO JERRY GOLDSMITH AKA UNA PEQUEÑA DEMOSTRACIÓN DE SU MARAVILLOSA MUSICA.
