Ingredients: 8 oz pasta of your choice. 2 leeks, thinly sliced. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. Add sliced leeks to the skillet and saut until softened, about 5 minutes.
