My first pick for #witchoctober #horrorsisters31DaysofHalloween is an obscure teen witch movie directed by Wes Craven "Summer of Fear" From a young adult novel. I came across this movie late one night on cable TV. I was fascinated with this movie immediately. The innocent and seductive nature the character Julia Trent's possessed appealed to me. The battle of good vs evil is played in perfect teen witchy perfection. Before Nancy in The Craft there was Julia. This movie now has a lifetime channel feel to it being it's from 1978. I wish this could of been an after school special. If you haven't watched #SummerofFear treat yourself this Halloween season.
