For just $55.00 This carved bird I believe is a Chestnut Sided Warbler. So cute! Carved out of Basswood and mounted on a piece of driftwood. Vintage carving and hand painted by Bob and Olive George of the historic Whittle Shop in Minnesota. Vintage 1946-71. This bird has the signature typical bent wire legs attched with tiny tacks. The brass ring on this one haa been replaced with twisted wire. Glass eyes. Left facing when hung on a wall. Total legth of the driftwood is 6". The bird itself, measures 4 " long.
