The guys at Team O'Neil are known around the world for their level of expertise, and vast knowledge of everything rally. They also happen to offer 2, 3, 4, and even 5 day rally school courses - the 5 day being the holy grail for anyone wanting to sink their teeth into the sport in a serious way. The 4 day would probably suffice, but at $4900 + tax + food + accommodations, its still a bit of a pricy endeavour. 

Nonetheless, if there was anywhere I'd gladly spend $7k on an unforgettable week of Scandinavian flicks, and some absolutely gorgeous roads, this would be it.
