Question for my Fit Ladies

Any recommendations for sports bras?

Brands, style (straps, support, favourite model, whatever), preferred fit and experience with long-term comfort or survival of frequent use and washing.

I mainly lift and occasionally run, with jump rope thrown in for HIIT when I really have to do cardio.

I’m tagging my favourite ladies that I know are/have been  involved with these kinds of exercise in hopes of a more personal review or suggestion than google’s rather scattered results and opposing opinions. Reblog this or send an ask if you’re comfortable responding, no worries if not.
