I was like bawling, tears on my feet before I finished the first paragraph. I think it was twofold, beyond the obvious sadness of the article and its reality. First, it is just too soon (and always will be). I think anyone who has put a dog down too soon (Lola was 6) knows what I mean. Even when you know they are suffering and the cancer is growing. But it is and will always be horribly painful to make that call. And to do it for a dog that looks and feels healthy is a nightmare I would wish only on the people promulgating bullshit BSL. Wait, I had a point. Oh, and second, is because the reality is, I have one of "those" dogs now and she looks a lot like the dog in the picture with the article (but waaaayy prettier of course). Srsly, look at that nose. Unreal.

And if that shit came to my town, I would rain fucking hell on these people like no one has ever known. Like bananas bullshit crazy. If you think I get pissed about the exclusionary dog park, you have seen nothing. I have so much vitriol and hate for this kind of law. ANYONE trying to frame it as safety has done NO homework. It makes no sense and no difference you pompous assholes.
