Realitysquared cant legally do anything. This a "adopt related' thats a grey area. Its not a stolen drawing. Theres tons of similar designs out there. DMCA is to take down work that was made by someone and then re uploaded or very vaguely edited still being the original artwork. Not a completely different drawing by another. Im not for white but they cant do anything.

So im really bored right now and i got to a little thinking. See im hopin to opwn a sacings account with a buddy at td because we got a lil thing going we find laptops people broke doing something dumb. They sell em to us for like 60 bucks at the cheapest sometimes ip to like 200 but the rule is always stay in the profit thats what the savings account is for so we can keep it in profit. Usually they just require something easy like a factory reset and a windows disk which is cheap since windows 10 is free rn so you dont even need to get a windows 8 or 10 disk. But i got a tricky one rn and hes buggin at me to fix it cause i been busy with school since i got sick i study web design right. So i got to thinking what if the guy who opened our savings account tried to rob ys cayse we dunno a tonne about banking but we like asked someone else to come in to verify that we needed to give that info right like a smart person. And so it got me to thinking what if he just bolted and like took our money and we didnt get him how would we pull it so it got me thinking about sueing td about it. See the thing is td is big and im rather content to continue learning for the time being education is a rather free ride for an orphan in canada. But i am very vengeful and i would want the guy who robbed me brought down. And i realized id need something to bring to the table against td to get them to take me seriously. Then i realized something else. Im a massive nerd. While on tumblr i am content to just rant because im new and do not want followers. On other social media such as facebook i am ab admin of many huge pages battles pages star wars pages anime pages im a screamer in a band so theres that plus a friend of mine has me as an admin on these roleplay pages and they have an intense amount of followers. Then it got me thinking about people ik who are bigger into ganes then i am mostly. Lets face it ee all know a god like player in league who should stream but doesnt. While you have to be godly or funny to stream i do have a couple buddies that could be streamin league snd tonnes with dota ehich is btw the most profitable game per player in terms of proffesional player salary. League probablu being the most popular and of course warcraft the most money over all. Ik the least warcraft players but ik more then a few osu the game i know people in like the 4 and 3 digit ranks. What i mean is nerds have influence especuakly anong students who are just getting student loans and the like because we hold a lot of money and with the amount of people i could reach lets say in total 150k could see something i waned them to see. Like an add or something. Now. Most pay little attention. But even if lets say 30 percent see it and decide yeah. Ok sure thats legit ill go with that bank instead if i get them to advertise for another company. Which wouldnt be that difficult every teenager in the universe needs the tiniest amounts money and every company on the planet would love extra advertising. So after throwing that out and disorienting them a little ill throw out something fair. Small claims court where i live gets you up to about 25 thousand max. So. I dont need a lot of money rn like i said. But i enjoy vengeance. So. I propose i get 5000 which is 2000 more the id lose cause rn we have about that in the profit bank. And the rest of the possible small claims money goes into finding whoever took my money. And thats a gamble but a good one because any money they didnt have to put into finding him they get to keep. But there are two catches. Both reasonably fair. The first. We have to agree upon what counts as soending towards finding him. If they put paper clips or something in any receipt it obviously wont count. But i will be fair about that. Second if hes not found half of the extra small claims i did not recieve in cash and was intended towards finding him would go to me would be given to me. Which sounds reasonabke but truly would bring them to the logic they could pool a little less then that amount onto the finding him fund and still not lose out which adds to my vengeance fund. Timeline will be agreed upon. And if they dont acceot not only will i attempt to pool wgat money i have into bringing them into court with what they’ve done being obvious as the employeewas their representative and push my nerd influence as far as legally possible. And tbh while they may find some loophole in this or solve my simplier logic too quickly i believe it would work out. All this cause my sister banks at td. And im going to open an account there anyway lol.
