Mage works fine when speaking in general, but it helps to be more specific at times.
What does “wizard” specify, then? We don’t use it much here.

Really it was more a general comment. The ruins closer to the human capitol have been rather obsessed with long cylindrical objects with a taper at the top. Judging by what I could parse, I assume it is some fertility deity. One with poor taste.

Looks like it’s time for some testing! Jade gathers up the bolts she’s made, both incendiary and fire, and carefully slots them into the bolt holster that’s across her chest. Crossbow in hand she exits the large workshop that’s currently set up in the castle and heads to the Testing Grounds. While waiting for Dirk she goes to check the targets, making sure the material isn’t too damaged or cracked. They’ll be using the disposable ones for this and then the metal to test the bolts. Now just to wait for him.
