Paxton Chadwick Illustration hero Two King Penguins illustrated by Paxton Chadwick who also illustrated 3 Puffin Picture Books and would certainly approved of Penguin'sxaim of bringing well designed and printed books to a mass audience. He was a lifelong member of the Communist Party living in Leiston, Suffolk, where he served on the local Council for years, earning Leiston the nickname of Moscow by the Sea.
