I live in the south, South Carolina to be exact. I’ve experienced a snow storm but not to the point of my electricity going out. People are panicking like a mf & it’s annoying. People are buying unnecessary shit in bulk out of fear. I’m ready for allllllll of this to be over.

Im not trying to negate from how anyone else is feeling or their experience either. I am grateful for where I am as well. I hope everyone can/will stay safe !!!

I wish I had something to smoke rn whilst someone rubbed on me. I hate that I push people away when I actually need quality time and physical touch when I’m spiralling. My brain is just hellbent on making it hard because it’s instilled in me that I have to go through it all alone because it’s my problem. It’s SO hard to say what I actually need now but I don’t want to stay like this

Can I have 1 month where I don’t fucking relapse? fuck me I might get on anti depressants again and this time stay on them for life idgaf because it’s getting worse and worse and I just want to be normal, be consistent, live a normal peaceful life and not have to worry about my loved ones being concerned about me or convincing myself that I don’t deserve to be loved fr when I’m like this because it’s not fair on them *deep sigh* I used to pride myself in how well I regulated my emotions and self soothed growing up and it’s like since my mid twenties came and went I’m finding it harder and harder to do so, it’s blowing my mind idk who I’m becoming anymore and it’s scary 😣
