I decided to organize my stories into little masterposts for each pairing/ fandom for my own frame of reference and for anyone who is looking for that pairing to read and might be interested. I'll tag these fics posts as Lemonadewine in case this clutters your tags.

A fic about the conversations and events that formed their relationship. Quite the slow burn and about a year in to their friendship, and not even close to done. Super banter-y (75% banter and 25% meaningful moments). Not much plot if we're being honest but the most in depth, addressing Pacifica's home life and Dipper's parents too. They’ve started exploring anomalies together and that’s a bit more plot-y

Series: 101 First Kisses

A series of drabbles, two chapters each of little first kiss scenarios because I keep writing superfluous scenes that I think are too cute to toss away. I mostly love dialogue so all of these are incredibly chats heavy.

Back Then but also Right Now

Currently on hiatus

A flash forward and back fic of the Northwest's pact with some sort of joy stealing demon. Pacifica recruits the twins to help her appease the demon to avoid ghosts trying to kill her and get rid of the curse. A year later, the twins don't remember what happened that summer and have to piece it all back together.

You haven't changed a bit

Another slightly longer drabble where Dipper and Pacifica meet up eight years after their summer romance at fifteen and then losing contact entirely. Pacifica offers to give Dipper the night of his life and nightclub non-sober adventures await (with some angst, obviously) The only rated M fic. Currently on its first chapter.

Summary:

Dipper and Mabel come back to Gravity Falls the summer before college. A lot of things are the same, a lot of things are different. They're teens now, practically grown ups... and they still get dragged into Gravity Fall's weirdness. It's just a little bit darker now. A little bit... off. Pacifica Northwest has a secret. More than one. How many? Not your problem, don't worry about it. She and Dipper get off on the wrong foot, Mabel and Wendy watch in disapproval. It's going to be an exciting summer at least.
