This Meyer Lemon + Sage Sour combines the bright citrus flavor of Meyer lemons with the earthy aroma of sage, creating a refreshing and aromatic cocktail perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients: 2 oz Meyer lemon juice. 2 oz sage-infused simple syrup. 2 oz bourbon. 1 egg white.

Instructions: Combine Meyer lemon juice, sage-infused simple syrup, bourbon, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage.
