i swear to god all of this drama about ltf is so ridiculous...

a lot of people on tumblr want to work in the animation industry and that’s awesome! the only thing that sucks is that we are in a generation in which we post all of our art on the internet, and that includes things we might not have known was problematic. that means even if we have moved on and apologized for previous problematic content, there is still a large chance that animators will get called out by this cursed website and shamed for something they did years ago. i honestly don’t know if people in this website are aware that people change? all im saying is, stop shaming people for art they posted years ago, there are many things i didn’t know a few years ago that i am aware of now.

To address the issue

So recently there was some back lash for the new show “Villainous” and the cast who work on it, especially for Mark and lemonteaflower. I can get the back lash for lemon, because awhile ago, they post very graphic pedophilic images. By all means, they shouldn't work on a show targeted towards children, but Alan Ituriel still casted them as a storyboard artist. They are not suited for this role, and I fully agree they should not work on the show. However, the hate I don’t understand is the hate for Mark, mainly because he supported Felix while everyone thought of him as a Nazi. This unnecessary violence towards him is still confusing me. Yes, Felix did make a joke that went way too far, but this was seen as a serious response from Felix, and not as the joke he intended. And as for the video on respect that Mark did, he did not want to justify Felix’s joke, but to help his friend while he was getting bashed because many saw him as a neo-nazi.

I do not want to say Felix is innocent, I want to say that he went to far, but not to the point of actually hate. Mark wanted people to respect him not because its alright to make jokes like that, but because Felix is trying to apologize and is still being hated.

I hope I cleared something up with this. I’m not saying I'm right, I'm just speaking my mind.
