This has been my Inktober so far. Not going off any list of prompts, but I decided I needed more practice with scenery. So my inktober theme for this year has been “a place I’ve been to at some point during that day.” Alternatively: some random car I saw parked somewhere that day. Because I need practice drawing vehicles, too apparently.

It got off to a rocky start during the first two days, because I bit off a little more than I could chew by trying to draw a whole street. So the first two ended up being something relatively easier and quicker for me to do.

I’ve been 100% more consistent keeping up with this and getting these done than last year. And I’ve been having a lot of fun doing this. I might just keep doing these after the month ends. Maybe not quite as frequently but still.

I kind of want to start playing starbound again. It's been so long since I last played it.

The last two times my family has moved made me realize just how much useless stuff I had accumulated during my life up until that point when we moved last year.

I already discarded a lot of stuff that had lost it's value to me, sentimental or otherwise. But there is still a lot I need to let go.

#Len borks #it's just really hard for me to let go of stuff #especially if it's something that seems like a thing i might need later on #except i will probably never actually need it #or if it once had some sentimental value but at this point it's been so long that i forgot it #and rocks. so many rocks. i think i've found them all.

I still can’t get over the fact that the audio glitched like that just in time for that scene while we were watching Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory for movie night.

I wish I didn't have problems hearing people sometimes. I am very tired of asking people to repeat what they said, only for them to repeat a single word of it as if I'll suddenly know exactly what they said before. As if that single word explains everything.

But I don’t have the context. What about “the carpet”? What carpet?? The carpet where?????
