Lena was finally done with her job. The problem with that was now she was bored, extremely bored. With her rare free time she wandered aimlessly down the streets of Japan, waiting until something finally caught her attention.That something happened to be a dog. 

Lena wasn’t one to want to interact with strangers, but she’d just finished a particularly stressful job, and, if it meant she could pet a cute dog for a minute, she would make an exception. Approaching the stranger, she tried to look as friendly as possible. 

“Ah excuse me,” she said meekly “Would you mind if I pet your dog?”

lena legitimately not knowing how friendship works bc all her friends are also her exes so she tries to kiss alex or something who is naturally all wtf I have a gf and you’re dating my sister and lena is like I’m what now.

Lena rounded the corner at full sprint, desperately running after a target who’d given her the slip. In a lucky break, she saw a person walking down the street a little ways ahead and decided to stop and ask if they’d seen who she was looking for. Coming to a halt in front of them, she bent over to take in a few deep breaths before she was able to speak to the stranger properly. 

“Excuse me, have you seen a slim, black haired woman run this way in the last few minutes? She uh, stole something from me and it’s important I find her.” Maybe not the whole truth, but it might get her what she wanted.

I want Lena to have a relationship where she trusts someone enough to let them know about her life. She can talk to them about it and maybe, if she likes them enough, cry in front of the person about all the mistakes she’s made and all the regrets she has.
