The things said on my phone call with Marek, Lenak and Home Girl:
Marek— how many underfed Romanians who are lead by Napoleon would be needed to beat an elephant
Lenak— I think Elmo is blue?
Home Girl— Hey yall like my calculator *shows yaoi*
Me—Why the fuck is your calculator called Milan?

location: Marine Research Center
time: early morning
The Marine Research Center was a beautiful place with intricate landscape architecture that boasted a collection of some of the brightest minds in Port Vale. This was one of the places that one of her scouts had suggested was a prime location for her to find a stable job helping out with research or taking care of the seals. Neither occupation seemed all that appealing to her, so she went for the next best thing which was to work at the library. However, she had been considering volunteering at the research building, recently, only to get closer to the rumored selkie that worked here. She had found herself in the building that Lena worked at after their group conversation the other day.
“I trust that you’ll keep an eye on him and report back, should anything appear amiss?” She asked, glancing at the bulletin board full of endorsements, announcements and pictures of the new seal rescues. She scanned through them in case anything might be of value before she turned back to the younger siren. Lena was under no obligation to her particularly, but if she knew what was good for her, she’d do well to obey her instructions. She wasn’t entirely sure what the selkies were up to and whether they would prove to be good allies, but she do well to find out soon.
