Million Dollar Man

The concept was the first. I was going to draw watercolor portrait of Angelina Jolie. At the instant, when the sketch has been done – I changed my mind. The idea and design was revised. The illustration would be ink portrait of Lana Del Ray. I went on with the sketch. The girl became like Lana Del Rey. During the drawing, the words of the song “Million Dollar Man” were in my mind. I think you will find marks of the song in my illustration. 

Все началось с идеи. Планировался акварельный портрет Анджелины Джоли. В процессе работы, когда был создан эскиз – изменилось все. Я решила продолжить работу над эскизом а не переносить его на акварельную бумагу. Теперь – это должен был быть портрет девушки (похоже на Лану Дель РЭЙ?), выполненный тушью. Во время создания иллюстрации, в голове крутились слова любимой песни «“Million Dollar Man”. Отпечаток песни можно заметить на этой иллюстрации.
