Final Lenten Thought of 2015
What I can take from this Lent is that I've been able to do a lot more worthwhile stuff. I have managed my time much better than how I managed it for the past year or so. It has a great struggle to fully trust in God’s everlasting love and mercy when the whole world is trying it’s hardest to convince me otherwise. Part of me still struggles, but I feel relieved that this Lent ended quite better than I hoped or expected. I've accepted myself and still try to live with that acceptance (God help me). What I must continue to do is to try my best to dispel all sorts of toxic away from my mind and soul and try to live the best and honorable ways I can.
Lord have mercy.

Finished sorting out the earrings (for now, anyway) and got them off the coffee table. Good thing, because I’ve got houseguests starting tomorrow.
Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, “Sit here while I pray.” And He took Peter, James, and John with Him, and He began to be troubled and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch.” He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him. And He said, “Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will. ” (Mark 14:32-36 NKJV)
