Neil wants to try camping

Idk why but I thought of this and I started making hcs on Neil’s first camping trip

-so Neil is finally safe from his dad and he’s thinking of all the stuff he’s never done

-he’s heard of camping and how ppl think it’s fun and it’s confusing to him bc he’s camped out on the run but with no food and always restless and on edge

-so he thinks it would be good to make better memories associated with sleeping outside where he gets to have control

-so he mentions it to Andrew in passing, maybe Matt or smth

-then for spring break maybe they all plan a trip and surprise Neil with it

-tents and coolers of food all packed in the back of Matt’s truck and they make their way into Appalachia

-they finally get to their destination and everyone is given a task to do, maybe by Matt, lbr Kevin probs takes over

- Nicky and Aaron get sent to look for fire wood, Renee and Allison try and make a fire Matt, Dan and Neil on tents, Allison and Kevin fighting about what’s for dinner, and Andrew is probs over watching Neil fail at putting a tent together, idfk

-everything is set up with a lot of struggle and it’s after dinner and Andrew breaks out the s’mores

-everyone is adamant that Neil at least tries a s’more to say he did, he takes a bite and cringes at the sweetness and Andrew steals the rest
