Since I have dough left, I decided to try making Adobo and Sinigang flakes pancakes. Hahaha. This time, I baked it rather than frying. Its more crisp than the fried one but it lost that chewy texture. [167] #LeoCooks | Fried Gyoza ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bought a pack of these ready to cook Gyoza from @4rfreshandfrozen. I cook mine by letting the bottom of the gyoza crisp up before adding some water to steam after. Then I turn it and let the top crisp up a bit. It tastes good with a dipping sauce that I made by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, a bit of sugar, and ginger.
