No. Both eyes change at the same time. Heterochromia isn't a thing for leodra (any version not just complete heterochromia)

No. It could turn from magic, but not stress or aging.

Hypothetically, it’s possible, but they would need to be skilled in either enchantment magic (to enhance their wing strength) or elemental magic (to manipulate the wind).

It's a gradual process, that happens over years, which is why they only change once or twice over the course of a leodra's eyes.

You don't need to be worried about the wings being thin. They are magic, so they are perfectly capable of supporting whatever they need to.
