So I've just discovered your blog!! And your tmmajh series! And I have a suggestion that reduces me to tears every time I watch it!! In 3x06 (the CIA but not CIA ep) when they discover the identity of the final operative say he's an army ranger it pans to Jay and he just knows they're fucked, that it going to be hard because 'ladies and gentlemen, our third operative, a trained killer' C'MON WRITERS. DONT LEAVE THAT ALONE!! JAY AND MOUSE ARE TRAINED KILLERS. WE KNOW THAT THEYRE TRAINED TO >>>>

PROTECT, AND THEYVE BEEN SCARY, DINGY, GRITTY PLACES AND THEYVE BEEN DAMAGED BUT TO PUT IT SO BLUNTLY THAT THEIR SKILL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE IS TO FIRST AND FOREMOSTLY IS TO KILL WITH PRECISION. why is no one discussing this?!?! Our string bean of a hyperactive tech nerd and our lovably cherubish det. Chuckles…. Their first real world adult job was to know how to kill a person and kill them well. Even if you can’t gif it. First of all, I am so, so sorry that it’s taken me this long to get back to you. I was waiting to reply until after I made gifs of the scene you mentioned…and then I took my sweet, sweet time doing so. (Here you go.)

Second, I just wanted to add that I completely missed this moment the first time around so thank you for bringing it to my attention. You’re right – Jay does their screwed and about to dive headfirst into a really crappy, challenging situation (with one member of the team down, to boot) because he’s been that Ranger. He’s been – is? – that trained killer. 

Third, your comment about his and Mouse’s first real world, adult jobs being trained killers is so heartbreaking to me. We know they both came back mentally messed up from that, and it’s clear those scars haven’t completely healed over. There’s another scene right before the one you highlighted that I’ll be posting for TMMAJP’s later that I think perfectly encapsulates this situation. 

Finally, thanks so much for you kind words. I can’t remember if I had a great day on the day you sent this in, but today has been pretty good. Hope your day (whenever you see this) is great, as well.

the character i least understand: um.......idk, probably someone from the prequels but i haven’t watched the prequels in a while so........

interactions i enjoyed the most: FINN AND REY, FINN AND POE, REY AND LEIA, REY AND HAN, REY AND CHEWIE, BB8 AND EVERYONE, REY AND EVERYONE (minus angst lord kyle ron), but also anakin and obi wan, leia and han, han and chewie, han and luke, luke and leia

the character who scares me the most: um....idk because every time a villain comes on screen, i find a way to make fun of them so....................................can i say jar jar??? bc he’s fucking terrifying

one thing i dislike about my fave character: IDK WHO MY FAVE CHARACTER IS!!!!! BC I LOVE REY AND FINN AND HAN AND LEIA AND POE! I CAN’T PICK ONE!!!! um.........let’s go with han bc he’s the easiest to make fun of. ok so how tf does this nerd even survive??? like i hate how he’s just able to survive out of sheer dumb luck like wtf bro?? and i hate how he’s so smug about everything, like stop with your smirk it’s not even attractive! (if you couldn’t tell this was sarcasm...i couldn’t actually think of something i hate about han tbh)

one thing i like about my hated character: how many memes we can make out of kylo ren’s punk ass bitch attitude tbh

a quote or scene that haunts me: ooo i can’t really think of any quotes right now....so let’s go with a scene. probably that scene in the force awakens when rey picks up luke’s lightsaber and sees all the memories and then maz kanata tells her it’s luke’s and all the things that happen there

a death that left me indifferent: i seriously can’t think of anyone who died in star wars.......probably anyone in the prequels that wasn’t padme bc padme’s death FUCKED ME UP...so yeah anyone in the prequels

a character i wish died but didn’t: JAR JAR BINKS DESERVES TO DIE EVEN FURTHER BELOW HELL BC EVEN SATAN DOESN’T DESERVE THAT SHIT
