he was a radio broadcaster during the tangi virus era and was trying to assess the views on the whole water thing and sort of ran an ethics town esque emergency broadcast system and went from a normal radio show to an unofficial news network but then accidentally got infected midway through everything (pre julia williams’s death) and fearing government persecution, he just let it infect him thinking he would just die peacefully, but the virus took over and started using his radio show to spread propaganda to further the virus and also started worshipping the eye
