Okay okay, If you're still taking requests, I would love a story with Lesso using the prompts 3, 4, 10, and 63. But feel free to decide whether you want to write or not, bye S2.
A/N: So sorry for the wait, but it's finally finished. I hope it lives up to your expectations.
Lady Lesso: The Moonlight Meeting That Started Something New
prompts: 3 " stop looking at me like that" 4 "has anyone told you that your eyes sparkle in the moonlight." 10 "You cancelled plans for me?" 63 "You're trying to kill me aren't you?"
Unable to sleep, I get out of bed slipping on some flats and a coat.
“Maybe fresh air will help.” I mutter under my breath, frustrated that it’s 12AM and I'm still not asleep. My thoughts plagued by a certain redheaded dean.
I walk out of my room and out to the entrance of the school for good. Walking onto the bridge, I gaze up at the midnight sky with a clear view of the stars and moon. I get lost in the beauty as the white light of the moon shines brightly.
My thoughts quickly turn to the redhead who was already previously keeping me awake. The conversations, teasing, smiles, and smirks exchanged run through my mind like a movie on x2 speed.
“Shouldn’t you be getting your beauty sleep, princess?” A voice startles me. My head snaps down towards where the voice came from. There stands the same red-headed dean. The woman I’ve fallen in love with.
Lady Leonora Lesso.
There she stands in all her glory, magnified by the light of the bright moon, looking like a goddess, well, even more so than normal.
Realising that I hadn’t replied yet, I quickly scramble to find words and string them together.
“I couldn’t sleep. I thought air might help. Why are you awake?”
“Same as you, couldn’t sleep. I saw you out here and thought I may as well see if you’re ok.”
“I’m ok. I think.” I turn my face back to the stars as Lesso walks closer.
I feel her staring at me. I shrug it off hoping that she’ll stop soon. After maybe five minutes she’s still staring at me.
“Stop looking at me like that.” I speak, breaking the silence.
“Like what?” She asks innocently, but I hear the smirk in her voice.
“Like that.” I say, turning around to face her. The smirk hasn’t left her face. Butterflies fill me. God, that smirk. How can anyone not fall in love with the woman who stands before me.
Lesso doesn’t respond, we just look at each other in silence for a while til she breaks it.
“Has anyone told you that your eyes sparkle in the moonlight?” She asks. Taken off guard, I feel the blush creep up my face. I turn away to hide it from Lesso.
“No, no one has.” I whisper. I feel a hand cup my chin turning it to face her.
“Well, they do, your eyes are gorgeous, but they sparkle in the moonlight. The moon creates a halo around you, my dear Princess…”
There’s that nickname. The one that can leave a blush on my face and leave me speechless.
“Thank you Red.” I reply with a smile. She smiles back. God, I love her smile.
“Do you wanna do something together tomorrow, since it’s the weekend?” She asks full of hope.
“I would love to.” I reply softly. “When?”
“Lunch maybe?”
“Sounds good.”
“Shall I come grab you from your room?”
“That might be the best place. I probably won’t be out much.”
“Alright then Princess. We should probably go and get some sleep.”
“Yes, I’ll see you tomorrow Red.” A smile rising to my face.
“See you then Princess.” she replies mirroring my smile.
God I really am head over heels for this woman. But she will never like me like that.

Arriving back at my room, I realise that Princess Uma and I were supposed to have lunch together. Oh well Uma will understand. I climb back into bed and fall asleep.
Upon waking I get dressed into black pants and a lavender blouse, I chuck on some black heels and make my way to breakfast. I scan the room as I enter for any sign of Uma. I spot a free seat next to her and quickly sit down. I spot Lesso out of the corner of my eye.
“Hey Uma, I’m so sorry I have something I have to do at lunch. Can we reschedule for tomorrow?”
“Oh yeah of course, no worries.”
“Thank you. And again I’m sorry.”
“y/n I’ve known you since we were in school together. You always manage to double book yourself and you always forget.”
“I know and I always feel bad.”
“Don’t it’s ok, we’ll have lunch tomorrow.”
“We will. Right, I have to go. I have a few things that need to be done. I’ll see you later.”
“Bye.”
Leaving the hall to go back to my room. I sit at my piano and start playing. I sit there for hours playing before my fingers take over and play the notes to Yellowstone . I start singing along, losing myself in the music. Playing the final notes there's a knock on my door.
“Come in,” I call out. In steps Lesso.
“You ready?” She asks. I nod, getting up and following her out the door before locking it behind me. We walk next to each other as she leads me behind the school for good.
“I heard you talking to Princess Uma this morning.” She breaks the silence.
“I-” is all I can manage to get out.
“You cancelled plans for me?” She whispers
“Of course! You may not believe me, but I love being around you. And it’s not cancelled but rescheduled. Uma knows I always double book myself. I’ve been doing it for years.”
“You like being around me?” She asks incredulously.
“Yes I do. Now, where are you taking me?”
“You’ll see.” Is all she says before leading me to a cliff face where there’s a set of stairs embedded in the stone. She starts climbing them. I follow behind. The stairs are steep and narrow. After almost falling and her catching me, I look up at her.
“You’re trying to kill me aren’t you?”
“Me? Never?” I just roll my eyes with a smile and keep climbing. After a couple of minutes we arrive at the top. I look out at the view. It's gorgeous.
“It’s so beautiful up here.” I say “How did you find this place?” I ask
“I found it in my time here. Come on.” she says, leading me away from the edge. There’s a picnic set up.
“I didn’t expect something like this from you Red.”
“Well Princess, I thought that I would do something special.”
“I love it, Red.” We sit down across from each other. We spend hours talking and eating. We eventually start playing truth or dare.
“Ok truth or dare?” Lesso asks
“Truth.”
“Do you have a crush on anyone at the moment?”
“Yes.”
“Who?”
“That wasn’t part of it.” I tell her playfully. “Truth or dare Lesso?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to tell me who your crush is.”
“My crush is you,” she says, looking down. Shock fills me. She likes me?!
I get up and walk over to where Lesso is sitting. I kneel down next to her, I reach out and take her chin between my thumb and pointer finger lifting her head to be level with mine. I lean in closer and kiss her softly. After a few seconds I pull away.
“My crush is you Lesso. I’ve fallen head over heels for you.” I tell her.
“So have I y/n.”
This time, it’s her who leans in, capturing my lips with hers.
“Be mine Princess.” She all but begs when she pulls away.
“Oh, Leo, I’ve always been yours, you just didn’t know that til now,” I whisper.
“I love you y/n. I know it might be fast but it’s the truth…”
“I love you too Leo, I always have and always will.” I cut her off.
We sit there in each other's arms, til the sun sets before we pack everything up and I teleport us back and head to dinner. Once we arrive and get food we sit next to each other.
“What’s going on here?” Dovey asks
“We’re together, Dovey.” Leo replies. Dovey’s face fills with joy.
“This is perfect to continue the school's unification,” she says. “I'd better be invited to the wedding.”
“Of course you will Dove.” I say.
Once dinner is over, we walk back to my room, letting us in, I move around my room, finding my oversized shirt and one for Leo.
“Thank you for today Leo, I loved it.”
“I’m glad darling.” She replies as we change. We hop into bed cuddling up to each other.
“Good night Leo.” I whisper.
“Good night darling.” She whispers back before she turns the lamp off.
