Roommates AU

Broke: Chris forcing Leon to get Claire pregnant.

Woke: The Redfields genuinely caring for and comforting their depressed Kennedy. And Jill's there because she needs love too.

Like, they all just want a happy family, so they all move in together (Leon more or less has to be coerced into the idea because he's stubborn). They bond like a family and comfort each other. Chris and Claire laugh because they find out Jill and Leon are lowkey cuddlers.

The girls offer Leon advice on Ada and then when she leaves him again, they sit on the couch and eat ice cream and watch sappy romcoms. Jill and Claire become best friends and have Girls Night Out. Chris and Leon bond over fishing trips and trips to the shooting range, coincidentally running into Jill and Claire there. They have a friendly competition of course.

They also do group dinners and hang-outs, either going out to dinner or staying in and cooking. Doing little trips to the beach or something for the weekend. Just cute shit like that.

Maybe they find out Leon likes Chris and Jill likes Claire, but also Leon likes Claire and Jill likes Chris. They have open relationships (obviously not Chris with Claire though) and hell even Leon and Jill hit it off some nights.

(Honestly all these ships are cute...not Chris x Claire though...not into that ship for obvious reasons)

My thoughts on the new RE movie from the new pics.

I’m calling it now.

I think that there will be some sexual tension between Leon and Jill. We’ll see if I’m wrong, but I’ve always kind of secretly shipped them even though they’ve never met. And I think that Chris is gay or at least bi and had a thing for Piers but that’s besides the point.

But look at how he’s holding her hand! I know that he might be saving her from hoards of Zombies or whatever, but Leon is a natural flirt with women generally and can already feel the vibes there. Either way, I can’t wait to see what their interactions are like.

I also feel that Jill also looks rather tense with Chris in the other screenshot, like they’ve had a disagreement or something (btw I love their relationship), but it makes me wonder what’s going on there….

But the only WTF so far is why they have not only de-aged Jill but also given her the exact same clothes as in RE3. I don’t mind the idea that she ages slower due to the virus or whatever or that she got her old hairstyle back, but it feels like Capcom just using it a lazy excuse so that they can use her RE3 model.

Oh well. I’m still really hyped for this movie!
