okay REALLY BAD THEORY: holt makes the job interview, and we find out in a later episode whether he got the job or not. /but/ seamus calls and here's his favor: holt doesn't take the job. it seems too easy. after all, holt doesn't have to do anything illegal and he gets to stay with the squad. holt declines the job. BUT later on they find out that the person who got the job is super corrupt, and now they have to take down ANOTHER string of corruption in the nypd.

hi! i just wanted to drop by and explain (in my informed yet non-expert opinion) what i believe the disney deal will mean for b99. though disney did buy a lot of fox, they didn't buy "Fox Broadcasting Company" aka the Fox TV channel we all know and hate. Disney did buy Fox TV studios, so that means that Fox is basically a channel that distributes shows that it doesn't necessarily own or have production stake in anymore. (1)

(2) So that kind of levels the playing field between Brooklyn Nine Nine and the other Fox shows? Fox wasn't making much $ from b99 because it didn't own it, so now that is a bit less of a problem. However, we're still in rough waters. Fox's lack of ability to produce shows means that the mission/makeup behind the flagship FOX channel may change. Some people will say that the flagship will move away from entertainment and toward news, but no one knows for sure.

yeah i saw that they didn’t actually buy the Fox channel which could be good for b99 but honestly who knows at this point. thanks for the info!

(3) Additionally, because Disney now owns Fox's stake in Hulu, Fox will most likely profit less from any success that B99 has on that platform, but the same will happen for many Fox-shows, so we don't really know for sure.

I was explaining to a friend (who quit AoS a couple years ago, but listens to me ramble/scream about it often) about the new season and I legit referred to "And it looks like Elena is sleeping with the guy with the race car bed. Wait.....wait, no. That was just in the Frickle Frackle." So you know, I've accepted the race car bed as canon.

i ALSO have accepted the race car bed as canon and will no longer be able to think about agent keller without thinking about the fact he 100% sleeps in a bed that looks like a race car and I think we should definitely give @leotitz a round of applause for her comedic genius
