“Leo Walker?” Mel asked as she walked by a familiar face, though she hadn’t seen him in about ten years. During her junior year, Mel had become familiar with Leo through their frequent trips at detention. Her attitude and loud mouth often landed her in the old musty classroom after school days and Leo seemed to have the same problem. “I have to admit, it’s weird seeing out of the detention classroom.” She joked, adjusting her backpack on her shoulder. “It’s been what, ten years? Still getting in trouble?”
