random headcanon: i feel like the trouble he gets into is mostly in an act of civil disobedience, so regardless of if he pisses off his boss or not he's still getting paid LOL. i feel like he's actually really good at the random shit he does and is super locked in so people keep on giving him gigs even though they don't want to (also due to the fact that there's not much people who are always on the island)
he also probably unleashes his full terrible potential trolling tourists lol i think the fact that he isn't at 100% of his mischievousness with the locals forces them to take him seriously lol
i also feel like he's the most grounded and serious boss fan, the others are kinda disillusioned (like chuuni and on-top-of-the-world behavior wahahaha) which is kind of funny because i think he's the youngest too
i think because radlynn and sarge fan always live near each other, have known each other for longer, and always quarrel he's kinda left in the crossfire, and he feels kinda left out and self-conscious of that cuz of that but also he's like the hardass of the group so he brushes it off (ahhh i love gap)
