I can see Lepidopyres have a mating season that's only around 1/4 of the year and if it's not mating season they can't get pregnant (or it's just instinct that they only get pregnant at mating season ) (ps headcanon that only having one kid is uncommon and twins and triplets are more common because they have shorter lifespans and tend to get themselves killed a lot. Kinda like how rabbits have litters because their the bottom of the food chain and don't want to go extic.)

Hmm for the first part I’ll say it depends how close they are to mating season. The chance of pregnancy close to mating season is slim but it’s a possibility.

Okay so if Lepidoprye and Lepidofleur are the race what is the species? (Japanese=race Japanese=human, Lepidofleurs=race, Lepidopyres=?) (if that makes things a little more specific) :3

I guess similar to the word homosapiens homo meaning same. Lepido would be meaning same as well and also identify the species. Sapiens meaning beings? Or wise? While the other half of lepidofleur and lepidopyre makes them different? It’s hard to explain I think you understand.

They pollenate the flowers and seem happier

What is the difference between Lepidofleurs and Lepidopyres in terms of looks? (Wing color, height, wingspan, lifespan,)

Everything is the same but the color of the wings and what it’s on it. Moths have eye like patterns (most does) on the wings but butterflies does not. Also butterflies have two antennas
