I've been wanting to do something with Morro. . .
Morro didn't leave! He stayed in Ninjago. Sure he was still a ghost, but hey! why not?
Although the events of Possession are in the past, healing takes time, and not everything is a good idea. . .
“Come on, Lloyd!” Morro called through the shut door. “Please? I’m sorry for jump-scaring you like that!” He tried to apologize. Just then, Jay walked around the corner to see Morro there, and turned and left. Not getting into this mess. He thought.
Morro snuck through the walls carefully, making sure not to go into any private rooms. He’d been stalking Lloyd all morning for the right time, and this was it. Lloyd was looking at his phone just for the fun of it, and didn’t notice the slight tint in the walls where Morro was hiding.
“GOTCHA!” Morro shouted, jumping out of the wall. Lloyd cried out in surprise, falling backwards. He looked up to see Morro grinning broadly down at him. Lloyd, out of shock, and from past memories, had tears pricking his eyes.
After a couple seconds, he got up hurriedly and rushed to his room. He didn’t want Morro to see him cry just because he scared the crap out of him. He sat down on the bed and tried to calm himself.
Morro stared after him and suddenly realized how idiotic the idea was. Of course Lloyd wouldn’t take it well! Morro walked after him. He wanted to apologize, but he didn’t know how, so he knocked on the door.
Lloyd looked up at Morro’s voice. He heard his plea and felt bad. He just didn’t want to let Morro see him like this. He kept trying to calm himself. Morro wasn’t like that anymore. He’s good, and kind. . . now that he’s changed.
Lloyd found the courage to open the door. He opened the door just a crack and went to sit back down on the bed, signaling for Morro to come in. Morro immediately went to sit down by Lloyd. Lloyd tried to hide his face. Morro knew exactly what was going on, and, without thinking, he put an arm around Lloyd.
“I’m sorry about that, Lloyd. I didn’t mean to do that.” He didn’t need to explain further. Lloyd’s shoulders tensed at the mention, and Morro tried to comfort him. He rubbed Lloyd’s arm gently with his fingertips, but looked down as he started squirming a little.
He grinned as he saw Lloyd so obviously trying to hide the shy smile forming on his face. Morro kept this going, but instead moved down to his side. Lloyd squeaked slightly, and Morro saw the hint of fear in his eyes. He kept the tickles gentle and soft, unlike when he had possessed Lloyd. Soon, the fear was gone, and was replaced by warmth.
Morro started scribbling gently over Lloyd’s stomach, earning sweet, childish giggles. He squirmed a little harder, but never attempted to get away, which warmed Morro to the bone.
“Mohorro.” Lloyd said in a quiet voice.
“Yeah?” He replied, his voice laced with honey.
“Thahat tihickles!” He giggled. Morro rolled his eyes, moving back over Lloyd’s side.
“Oh, does it now?” He kept his voice well away from mischief. He brought his other hand over and traced around Lloyd’s ears and neck. Lloyd giggled harder and tried to bat them away, but Morro would just brush them away, and nuzzle him instead.
“Okahay, stohohop!” Lloyd squealed, when Morro planted, probably the world record for most gentle raspberry on his neck. He stopped and gently pushed Lloyd over onto the bed. He laid down as well and cuddled Lloyd close.
Lloyd moaned pleasurably and soon fell asleep. Morro, although technically not needing sleep, drifted off as well.
