Sure! Sorry if it took awhile, but I did my best to make it good for you! This is my first time EVER writing a character x character, so I hope it’s okay. It’s a little shorter than I would have liked, but I hope you like it none the less :) With that, let’s get into it, and I hope you like it nonnie:

How? How had this happened again? Kidnapped by the league of villains… how had a student been taken again? And him no less. These were the questions spinning around in Todoroki’s mind, silently cursing himself for being taken.
The class was out training when the LOV showed up, however Dabi was nowhere to be found… whatever, that didn’t matter. In the chaos of the clones twice made, and not being able to tell where everyone was, somehow Mr.Compress had gotten Shoto and thrown him into a portal Kuroguri had made to the base.
Now, he was tied with his hands above his head very securely. He was bruised and bleeding slightly from what they had done to him to try and get him to tell them UA’s secrets, but he wasn’t taking. He wasn’t going to fail twice in one day.
They had tried everything to get him to talk, (well everything but…) but he just wouldn’t talk. It wasn’t much different from training with his dad when he was younger. “Ugh, why won’t he talk?? This starting to get boring…” Toga complained, slouched at the bar, drinking a lemonade Kuroguri had given her.
All of the sudden, her head popped up, and she had big smile on her face. “I have an idea! Hey boss, come here!!” She yelled to Shiggy, who was sitting at the bar a few chairs down.
After awhile of Toga yelling for him to come over he finally did. When he got to her, she whispered something in his ear, and his shoulders went down a bit, and he kinda sighed. “If I let you do this, will you leave me the fuck alone for the rest of tonight?”, he said, sounding tired. “You got it Shiggy!!”, she said, and happily bounced out of her chair, then walked up to Todoroki, so close that their faces were practically touching.
“Hey, Mr.red-and-white?”, she asked, smiling widely. “Are you… ticklish by any chance??”. ‘Oh no’ Shoto thought. He hadn’t been tickled very often, but once or twice by some of his friends was enough to know what it was, and that he was most definitely ticklish.
He started to look a bit flustered from the question, so Toga took that as a yes and poked his exposed armpit, making the half-and-half boy flinch and his mouth twitch. “Hey, Jin-kun, Shiggy, compress, Kuroguri, come join me!”, the youngest in the league shouted out to the rest of the group.
Twice immediately jumped up from his chair and joined Toga in the playful but tortures gesture on the young boy. Mr.compress came a bit after, after seeing how much of a show was going on up there, whereas Shiggy stayed behind (at least for now, hehe🙃) and the portal villain stayed with him.
“AHAHAHA STOHOHOP!!!! GEHEHT OHOHOFF MEHEHE!!!”, the half-and-half boy laughed, but was clearly not having a great time. Don’t get me wrong, when it was his friends, he was fine with it and it felt good to laugh, but he drew the line at villains, yet here he was.
“Aww, look at him!! We should do this more often” Toga said, smiling widely. “No, that could possibly give away our base with the noise- GREAT idea Toga!!”, twice said, constantly moving between spots. “He’s definitely putting on quite the show, I’ll give him that” compress chimed in.
“STOHOHOP!! LEHEHET MEHE GOHOHOHO AHAHAHAHAH!!!!!” Shoto yelled, wishing he had enough strength to freeze the restraints and escape, or maybe burn through them, but the battle, being trapped in a marble, and all the attempts to get him to talk had completely worn him out.
They continued to tickle him relentlessly, only stoping to make sure he didn’t pass out once, and after he caught his breath, they continued.
The longer it went on, the more hopeless Shoto felt, but he refused to give up the information.
Eventually, Shiggy couldn’t take the noise, and decided to try and speed it up. He got up, slowly walked towards them all, and since he couldn’t do much else, he poked Shoto where ever he could. Normally this would have made his situation more hopeless, how ever, one spot the new edition poked got an extreme reaction of ice.
All the villains hands got frozen, and so did the bindings, making it so Todoroki could break them.
In the confusion of the sudden ice, the half-and-half boy somehow managed to get out and run far away. Toga seemed to be disappointed that he was gone and she didn’t get any information, especially about Deku.
~Dabi pov~ THE AFTERMATH :
I came back from my secret alone mission to find four of my alley’s hands frozen in front some broken rope hanging from the sealing. I sighed and simply walked passed them, ignoring Toga’s yelling to attempt to get me to unfreeze their hands. Oh well, if it isn’t unfrozen by morning, I’ll help them, and maybe when Shiggy realizes that he has two hands, he can get himself out, but until then, whatever crazy shit they did this time will be their problem.
They should really think before they do anything
