Please everyone watch this ! Clearly a lot of work has been put into the making of this beautiful short stop-motion film, I really enjoyed seeing all the details and sort of metaphors in it.

We NEED more masculine lesbian representations. Even in general more masculine women representations. We have so very little of them right now that when it happens the amount of love and attention these characters receive shows that we are otherwise deprived from their existence. We need more Vi from Arcane. Look at her, how fucking amazing she looks like, the depth of character she has. The nuance of her masculinity, how she’s the one who keeps caring and trying for others and sometimes failing and still being soft-hearted and fragile compared to other characters that otherwise present more feminine.

Masculinity in women is nearly inexistant in our representations and this has negative consequences on real masculine girls and women. We internalise our presentation, our behaviours, as abnormal, as things that disqualify us from womanhood as if it was a feminine only club, we internalise what is clearly sexist biases and we take those ideas as truth because that’s how powerful patriarchy is, even in a modern world that roughly knows feminism. You are not immune to the multiple heads of the patriarchal hydra. The more masculine women representations we will see on our screens the better we will feel about our bodies, our masculinity, our legitimacy. Being a masculine girl/woman is fucking badass, masculine women who love exclusively other women are fucking amazing, cultivate your masculinity and make yourself comfortable in it just like you want because no woman should ever be shamed for what is a natural element of herself. Fuck off to anyone who made us feel like we were less of a woman or no woman at all simply for being masc. We have always existed, always will be. ✨🖤

To sum it up : the more Vi from Arcane type of female representations, the less discomfort, shame, harmful coping mechanisms and self hatred about our own masculinity, the more pride, the more love and the more acceptance from others. We need all the masculine women types of representation we can get and seeing her, as a masculine homosexual woman, makes me feel a little like nature is healing. ❤️‍🩹

Butch4butch couples will heal the world. Butch4butch representation is desperately needed. Butch4butch lesbians exist and need to know they're not weird or the only ones like them, we're just erased from the collective mental representations. While it's awesome that we get to see more and more lesbian representation those are for the most part between two feminine women or between one who's feminine and one who's masculine, where are the masculine women couples ? Let alone butch couples (therefore two masculine lesbians) specifically ? So this is an encouragement for all of you creative little geniuses to draw and paint and write and sing butch4butch love. To make films with butches who are into other butches. There's a big community out there who is just looking for it everywhere, yearning for it, ready to finally get it. 🧡🧡

Attention everyone ! Where are our tv shows with lesbian characters who are butch4butch ? Where are our multiple tv shows and films with even just butches ? We are here craving for that representation ! Take any masculine or even “in the middle” gnc lesbian and she will run to those characters the second we hear of their existence ! It’s great that we get to have more lesbian representation now but let’s not stop here cowards, we are still majorly erased if not presenting feminine ! Where’s our lesbian romcom where two young butches fall in love and at some point cannot bear the sexual tension anymore, giving in, ending up taking off each other’s black hoodie and kissing passionately ?

If you're a lesbian you at least read once the name of K.D Lang, even if you've never heard her music before, so let's treat ourselves with some lesbian culture and watch some music videos of this very talented woman whose voice I never guessed would be so clear and good. There is so little butch representation that it's kind of necessary to know our icons throughout history, and KD Lang is one of these icons.

She's incredibly good at singing and also oozes that energy butches have that is so attractive. Our generation needs its own butch icons now, the heritage must go on ! What an inspiration she is ! 💕💕
